Every career path is different, just like every person is different. Career Coaching with Celine is tailored to your needs and your unique coaching question. It generally is an action-oriented coaching process.

- A free 20 minutes telephone intake
- A total of 4 or 7 hours (your choice) of personal 1:1 coaching spread over 3 months
- A mix of different types of sessions (on-/offline are possible)
- Supportive assignments to do on your own

FAQ on VDAB Career Cheques
If you are working, you can take seven hours of career guidance every six years, with financial assistance from the Flemish government.You pay for your career guidance with two career vouchers or “Cheques”. The first Career Cheque is good for four hours of counselling and the second for three hours.
- You live in Flanders or Brussels.
- You work full-time or part-time as an employee or self-employed person.
- You have accumulated at least seven years of work experience (or 2,555 days) over your entire career in employment or self-employment.
- You have not attended career counselling with VDAB Career Cheques in the past six years.
- You are willing to follow the counselling through the intermediary of a career center. (Celine is affiliated with “Travvant People First”).
- You are willing to follow the career counselling in Dutch.

- Online through the VDAB website. To do so, you need a Mijn loopbaan-account. Do you already have such an account? Then order your career cheques via https://www-login.vdab.be. No Mijn loopbaan-account yet? Then register first via https://www.vdab.be/mijnloopbaan and click on “Bestel loopbaancheques”.
- Call toll-free 0800 30 700 (every weekday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) -in Dutch only
VDAB will check whether you are entitled to Career Cheques or not.
Celine and career center “Travvant People First” offer the guarantee that your career counselling will be treated with complete confidentiality. Moreover, no substantive information is passed on to the VDAB or the Flemish Government.
In 2017, Celine decided to end her career as a legal director of a publicly traded company and take a “sabbatical.” The position was exciting and challenging, but it no longer gave her satisfaction and she no longer felt in place. Not knowing what the next step would be, she followed a VDAB career counselling trajectory. What an enriching experience! It was her first introduction to coaching and initiated the beginning of a fascinating path of personal and spiritual evolution. Besides what is important to her in a job, she learned a lot about herself. Especially about her intuitive, empathic nature and a great desire to work with people on a deeper level.
This passion for what makes us human led her to supplement her academic track with many courses and trainings in the field of coaching and therapy. In 2019, she graduated as an ICF-certified coach. From a holistic vision, she additionally developed herself in several mind, body & soul – techniques and methods based on western psychology and science and eastern wisdom.
Today she offers coaching and training and facilitates change processes for individuals and organizations who want to live from their own power and integrity.
Because of her personal transformation with the help of VDAB Cheques, she now wants to offer the same opportunity to those who, like her, may also receive great benefit from being coached in their professional development and career.
